Best ways to memorize The Quran: 

When you start memorizing the Quran, you must be sure to plan it. We advise you with a few tips & ideas below that you should keep in mind, they would help you memorize the Quran:

Tips:

1. Start Small

Do not burden yourself with memorizing the whole Quran. It is not a mandatory duty on each Muslim to, we do it to get closer to Allah, to heal hearts from Donia. Therefore, it is important that you start with learning the Quran first. Take a few verses everyday, and memorize them, Just the short Ayat. Make  it a daily habit .

2. Recite with an expert

It is important that you have someone who already maintains perfect recitation of the Noble Quran to help you recite what you want to memorize 1st.

Having a teacher will not only help you learn better, faster but also will provide a little more discipline on how to read & memorize the Quran.

3- Maintain perfect Wudu’

This will purify not only your body, your heart and mind as well. It’s fine to recite without wudu but aim for the best.



Ideas: 

1- Make your own timetable :

Put a planned schedule by yourself, or with your teacher. Plan in it how many Ayat you're going to memorize a day, how many in a week, a month or even for a year.


2- Repetition, then repetition

 Nothing is going to help you more than repeating the Ayah  more than 1 time.  especially when reciting  with an expert who can correct you if you made any mistake or mispronunciation.


3- The Known Amount 

You should have a memorization known amount per day. Also a known amount of recitation and third amount for understanding attentively thinking about the meanings of Ayat.


4- Never Stop

Some may think that he did it all by completing the memorization of the whole Quran & that's it for him. Well, no it's not actually you who keeps going back through the whole Quran all your life, this is one important way for your heart to be for eternity connected with Allah's Words. 


5- Don’t mislead your intention 

Finally but not last, don’t forget the main reason you began this memorizing journey because.

Don’t forget the reason that motivates you to learn Tajweed, recite Quran, memorize the Ayat, going back & forth with the pronunciation, the words, the meanings and don’t forget the reason you struggled with yourself, your circumstances, even with teachers to achieve at the end.

The reason behind all that is to be closer to Allah Almighty Subhanahu wata la. The Lord who descended these words addressed you.
